How do I start/run this game?

I ran this game fine for two days, but I put the +set net_ip 70.141.194.244 in my server config and the game hasnt run since. I set net_ip back to "0". But no matter what, I cant get the game to run anymore. I've unistalled and reinstalled. I even redownloaded the game to reinstall it. When I click on the ioquake3.x86.exe the game just stops at the blue console. It wont start up. Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about:





Any other way to make this game start? I cant even see how to load it from the Mods menu in quake 3.

Try going into C:\Documents and settings\username\application data\openarena\baseoa and eliminate q3config.cfg?
