2 = no bloom 3 = framebuffer bloom Title: Re: bloom comparison Post by: gord on November 20, 2007, 02:53:32 PM i might just give some enlightenment on the technique used in framebuffer bloom. it uses a full twopass gaussian blur on a downsampled copy of the main screen and then computes a sigmoidal transfer of the gaussian blured image before finally screening it back to the main framebuffer image.
