Title: Gtkradiant on OpenSUSE
Post by: jumalauta on May 21, 2010, 03:55:13 PM
I tried the install guide for Ubuntu on the wiki (altered stuff to meet openSUSE of course) and had no success. I downloaded the 1.5.0 RPM from zerowing and it installed after I installed some dependencies. But now, for whatever reason, I can't find gtkradiant! It's not showing up in "recently installed", a search shows only the RPM, and entering "Gtkradiant" in the terminal returns a command not found error.

Suggestions?

In synaptic, for your installed packages, you can check which files have been installed.
You could then check under which name gtkradient can be found, normally in /usr/bin.

Rather than GTKRadient, you may check Netradient.

Edit: oops sorry, you use OpenSuse ... maybe there's an RPM command to list files within a package ?
