I partially answered my own question. I went into the game and set up a lan server. I noted the level names and put them in the fields and modified the startup script so that the first map was the first capture the flag level cbctf1. It loaded into that level. One remaining problem is that when the capturelimit of 8 is reached, the game keeps on going and does not change levels.
