->0play the demo by typing /demo <demoname>
->manipulate the cfg so it looks pretty
->type /video <desired video name> OR record it with a program like

this will convert it into a .avi file, so you can use a movie editing program to change it into something that's a little less memory hog, as well as get some editing done (all I did was add music to it
)
When you do /video, you will find the video file in the same spot your screenshots and demos are saved. You will see that it created a new folder called 'videos'.
