hi,

i play oa under ubuntu 8.04. how can i open the console? key "^" under escape-key on my keyboard doesn't work!

the key below Esc on my keyboard says "~" and "`"

maybe german layout? then try alt gr + + (with the ~ sign on it)
 or bind the ^ key to the console
like /bind ^ +toggleconsole

Way too complicated my friend. Shift+Esc will do it for you. Exit console the same way. Someone should add this and other useful things to the Wiki.
