Alot of admins stick to a known config suitable so that you can expect same settings as games which are similar. In touraments they usually stick by that known config. That can only happen with a friendly community and co-operation, I would like to hope it will be the same for OA one day.

You can use the machinegun... or use handicap. The rail damage will be equal to the amount of handicap and so will you health.
