Title: Stat tracker? Post by: abyssknight on November 01, 2007, 10:35:13 AM Is there a stat tracker for OpenArena? We want to run some stats for our office OA server and I haven't found any package that will do that. Anyone got some links?

Post by: steauengeglase on November 01, 2007, 12:08:29 PM I've been tinkering around with grabbing the stats from the server list via wGet (just player, server and score), but I keep having trouble with parsing out the whitespaces (and all of the odd characters people use for their username, as I suck at regular expressions). Also, there is the issue of Unnamed Player (all god-knows-how-many-of-them).
My goal was to sort everything out so that players could put a little html on their webpage, MySpace, etc that would say if they were playing OA, what server they were on and a link to OA. I figure it would be a great way to get more exposure and let current players know if their friends were playing. Title: Re: Stat tracker? I'll have to take a look at the log files and see if I can't parse them, or if Q3LA will parse them. We just started playing OA at our office, and everyone is getting competitive, what can I say? ;)
