Title: Airlogic Pure server Post by: Gerbil on February 06, 2008, 11:48:04 PM The ctf server often has problems. Partly because if a bot gets kicked(ie when a player joins a team with at least one bot) and that bot is holding a flag, it(and the flag) dissapear. This means that nobody can cap in that game again. Even if the server has a timelimit, it won't end in sudden death.This is a problem, because if one flag goes, then the game could be stuck at that map until the server admin comes by, or until the rotation is reset. I have come by on many occations to find bots with over 300 time, and the map stuck at CBCTF1. This is bad. not nessisarily the bots with over 300 time(and -15 score O.o), but the map. Not only is it a terrible map, it is stuck there, unable to play due to the lack of one or two flags. So the server is forever stuck, in a ctf game without flags.
My suggestion to is to allow voting, then the players would be able to callvote nextmap, or map_restart. Title: Re: Airlogic Pure server Post by: kit89 on February 08, 2008, 01:14:37 PM Or fix the part in the code that causes the flag to disappear and not return when a bot is removed with it.

Title: Re: Airlogic Pure server Post by: pikaunforgiven on April 30, 2008, 12:03:39 PM i have an idea the airlogic servers are only running maps that people apparently want to play. a lot of maps like the fan would just get callvoted off simply because for some reason a lot of people hate them. i would like to see more DM maps though, airlogic is one of my new favorite servers and the rotation is quite boring to me.

They are actually hidden/sitting in the basement closet of a co-location facility right on the fiber, problem is we don't go down there very often, and OA crashes like once a month randomly.
