Hey im a old q3a dc 56k player. i would like to play some 1 on 1. ive only been playin oa for a week.and havent lost a match .so untill you prove me wrong. i am the best oa player..

I believe that until you can claim the title of the 'best oa player' you must first beat the current best oa player, not to mention that the best ctf player would be different from the best dm 1v1 player.

I will gladly play you in either a 1v1 in ctf or dm, just name the times you are available, and don't forget your timezone ;)

EDIT: whereabouts are you from? NA or euro?

Find and play Blaster. He'll give you a run for your money. There are lots of noobs are the servers so I wouldn't boast quite yet. :p

I will probably be on past 11:00pm eastern time for the next couple of days. I will try to put up with the weird 7.6 sensitivity thing haha

I can tell you what happened, but as always you're gonna think Im too mean...
To make it simple, its just dopamine/Ragnarok/link/gummi's fault cause Odigo asked him to join the game, obviously cause the teams were unfair, but, as always, our little and very annoying friend started talking shit, and he didnt want to join, so, that pissed Odigo off, cause as always, there are a lot of specs who dont want to join into the game and sometimes the server is just full of specs...

I agreed with Odigo, but I tried to solve things and I talked to him, but Its his server and that was his choise...

I would tell you detailed what happened, but right now im kinda tired and its just a waste of time talking about that kind of ppl...

It's no specific persons fault.  Might be mine if anyones, just for expecting too much maybe?  In short I got fed up with with starting a game and after a couple of caps all the specs would join the opposing team resulting in 4v7, 3v6, etc and nobody would switch or no other specs would join the shorthanded team.  Yes it was a pub server with very little organization so I can't be shocked, but after repeated requests for specs to join up, and then ultimatims, I decided to take it down.  And I found out that I enjoy being able to use my connection again and not restrict what I do for the sake of keeping a reliable connection/good ping on the server.  I know some of you hate me for taking it down, and to one person I've already apologized, sorry, but we'll play again soon.  This isn't what the thread is about at all, just wanted to clarify, it's not Link's fault.  I saw this picture the other day and I found it hilarious and even thought it represented how I felt most of the games I ended up playing in:

So, I guess I was wrong in posting what I thought, but, I will not say Im wrong on thinking about "my reasons" of the problem... Its just sometimes this annoying ppl (im not pointing anyone) make things worse or just give "the final strike".
 
Its better if we just let it be... whats done its done, and, Odigo I dont hate you for taking down the server, its your choice man and you have plenty reasons to do it.
