The server admin properly choose to disable sudden death to prevent a game from going on forever. Undoubtly. Knowing the Admin, she would more likely change map than make a game end on a tie. Or the players will vote on nextmap. 20 minutes is the normal playing time. Typically, this map doesn't go on forever. Besides who in their right mind would actually disable sudden death on purpose.
