Title: GtkRadiant compiling from SVN Post by: Czestmyr on July 08, 2008, 01:26:11 PM Hi folks!
Anyone had succes with compiling GtkRadiant from the SVN? I eventually resolved all the dependencies and got scons to finish successfully only to find out that the install.py script doesn't work - it looks for radiant.exe, which isn't to be found anywhere. Did anyone have success with this? Ubuntu Gutsy here. Title: Re: GtkRadiant compiling from SVN Post by: sago007 on July 08, 2008, 01:43:24 PM Yes (svn 237), but I didn't install. I just went into the install folder and ran "./radiant.x86"

Perhaps it's confused about paths, or old preferences in ~/.radiant . Did you have a previous copy of GtkRadiant working? Proper DO NOT LINK[/b]) h t t p s : / / openarena . wikia . com/wiki/Configure_GTK_Radiant_under_Linux]dependencies (http://([b)? Same compiler warnings (don't recall specifically), and same about install.py not working. (1.6.0 on Slackware 12.1 (*cough*).) Title: Re: GtkRadiant compiling from SVN Post by: damocles on July 11, 2008, 09:42:46 PM Can you back up and rename/remove your ~/.radiant directory, so that it reverts to default preferences?
(just a guess (http://www.qeradiant.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/changeset/249); maybe it doesn't like something in 1.5.0 preferences) Title: Re: GtkRadiant compiling from SVN Post by: CFQ on July 12, 2008, 05:43:21 AM ----
