You should save your config file (q3config.cfg) located in %appdata%\Openarena\baseoa folder (or in %appdata%\Openarena\defrag folder), and then delete your Openarena installation and everything from %appdata%\Openarena. Then download a fresh copy of Openarena and put back your q3config.cfg to %appdata%\Openarena\baseoa!
