Title: Weapon Sounds
Post by: Biox1dE on April 03, 2011, 09:35:19 AM
I don't come onto this forum much, so I inadvertently posted this in the wrong section I think
I could help with sound? As an example, I made this a while ago from a seaplane revving up, hitting a metal trashcan, and some rumble sounds from freesound.org.

Railgun Fire Sound

I an also help with other things, I made a OAmme that takes q3mme and makes it standalone to work with OpenArena. I also post crap at http://bioxide.co.cc (http://bioxide.co.cc) for those purposes

Sounds interesting. Can you tell something more or a link?

Update: about that, there is this topic: http://www.openarena.ws/board/index.php?topic=4117.0
Let's maintain this one about sounds...

railgun sound made entirely from pdsounds.org attached. one can make sounds w/o license issues, and i'd like to see more of biox's work. btw r the current oa snds low-passed or something, or too many high frequencies in mine?

you need to record in mono and 44100 Hz
