Title: Problems installing openarena 0.6.0 PPC build Post by: EnderofZone on May 21, 2007, 08:33:17 PM I've downloaded the os x PPC binery of 0.6.0 and in the read me it stats that with ioquake3 you have to own OpenArena, problem is I can't find 0.5.1, everytime to I tried to launch it it quits.

In fact, you probably don't want it at all. 0.5.1's much more buggy than 0.6.0, and is missing bots.
I think for PPC you need to get the linux tarballs as well, because the Mac OS X version only comes with the engine, which still needs the data to play. 2) double-click the resulting file 3) drag ioquake3 in the resulting folder 4) open it and enjoy oa. |
