I ALREADY HAVE REVIEWED MY VIDEO CARD AND IT SUPPORTS "OPENGL", I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, BECAUSE MY BROTHER INSTALLED THE SAME FILE (oa060.exe) IN HIS PC AND IT WORKS.

Hmmm, this looks like you don't have the OpenGL drivers for your card installed OR you don't have a 3D accelerated card. Provide us with more information: What graphics card do you have, what OS do you run on (windows/linux), how did you install the game?

Looks like your running on windows.

Download the appropriate drivers for your graphics card to get 3D support. Go to the graphics card website to get more info on your specific card.

Hint: You dont have to use Capital Letters to type, some look at it as being rude. ;)

Have you recently replaced your graphics card?

If so un-install your old graphic drivers. And replace them with nvidias graphic drivers.

Here a link to there driver install. Follow the information on the page and download the appropriate driver.
