hey, i was wondering if its possible to force the player models to bright green like in quake 3?

Sadly, it's not possible. Although, there was no such feature in vanilla Quake 3 either.

You can use custom brightskins (then you're unable to choose colors) or mods such as OSP, NoGhost, X-Battle, CPMA etc.
