I was making a map to Open Arena from Quake Army Knife www.quark.planetquake.gamespy.com/. I could compile it and it was right but when I try add Entities like Lights and fire flames Quark cannot compile it and the Statues, Lights and other entities can`t be watched in the final .BSP.

Download gtkRadiant 1.5 and use the latest (and probably last) version of q3map2 to compile maps, just replace quarks compiler with q3map2, it is better in some ways but not others.  That should handle things correctly, though you may want to write a simple batch script to run the compiler with to reduce overhead.
