Hey all, playing some openarena both at work / home again (been a few years) but looking to tweak video settings to make things a bit quicker / cleaner and I can't remember the key things to look for / adjust.

Goggling around you find 2 much, so is there a handful of things to reccomend, change frame rate to x (and how) as well as look at x,y and z.

Work I am running Win XP, ATI raedon 1300 duel dvi to (2) 22' widescreen dell monitors (currently q3 starts full screen on one monitor).

Home, Linux (Fedora Cool Nvidea GForce with 256ram on video.  If I use Beryl's window manager it will start in window mode, if I swap to metacity it switches to full screen mode.  This is also running on a single 19" widescreen.
