Hello,

I did a search of the forums and couldn't find anything, so figured I'd ask.

I found an unusual Quake 3 MOD called "GeoBall" a few days ago. Looks like fun.

I was wondering, is this MOD compatible with OpenArena, or should I just automatically assume Q3 MODs are compatible with OpenArena?

Thanks,
Kapow!

Nope, doesn't work... Turned the MOD on from within OpenArena, started the game and I didn't turn into a ball, I was still a dude with the machine gun. Sad

If my memory is right, then you are supposed to find the ball somewhere in the map and then move it (shooting, pushing) to the scoring zone, which is also somewhere. Of course the ball can squash anything on its way when given enough momentum.
