I tried typing in the game console /model .../...  and /headmodel .../... but nothing happens, the model still the same, am I making something bad, or how do u do it?

at last, i do  it!, but when i connect to play online, my mixed model dont appear, what do i do?

u need to edit  q3config.cfg in ur baseoa folder, there is a line that says "team_model" and "team_headmodel" change it there and ready.

The only way that you can see your model when looking at other players is to 'force models'.
Change this setting in your menu, under game option. After you apply the change, then your opponents will all have the model as you.
