dvorak keyboard mapping

I am trialling dvorak keyboard mapping, and noticed a minor issue :
the console uses dvorak
autoexec.cfg requires binding qwerty chars and the menu displays qwerty after entering a key (I assume it is working off the keycode)

If it is an easy fix well and good, if not no problem.

If you specify the dvorak layout on o/s install (rather than changing the keymap on a qwerty install) eveything works as you would expect.
