A hosting company provides servers that they run and maintain 24/7.

Just google: "game server" and you should find plenty of results.

As Joshua said, you can easily google to find them but keep in mind that they are no pre-configured with Open Arena, that is something that needs to be setup manually. Fees usually range from $5/month up to $50/month depending on what type of service you are looking for.

It's easy...

1. Install FreeBSD
2. cd /usr/ports/games/openarena
3. make install clean

see?
