I made a new skin for the Penguin Playermodel. It changes the color of the head to black, so it looks more like a penguin..
http://www.speedyshare.com/718619266.html Anyway, I intended it as a replacement to the default skin, which has a blue head, and just looks weird with the tuxedo. I'm hoping the dev(s) will put this in the next patch/version.
