keep in mind that for gametypes that involve teams, such as ctf and team deathmatch, you will need to type:
/team_model grism
/team_headmodel gargoyle

if you want to use the alternate skins for the model, underscore the name of the model
/team_model gargoyle_tech
/model gargoyle_blue
/team_model grism_classic
/model grism_classic_blue
