hi,

i was looking at the wiki at the player character ideas page on the wiki....
http://scratchpad.wikia.com/wiki/OpenArena/PlayerMDLs
... and one of the ideas was "some girl with large assets". it was listed under "in progress", but i don't remember seeing anything about it on the forum so i had a crack at it myself.

i'm making it in the sections that the game requires and it's going reasonably well. i'm leaving the head to last because i find them tricky to  do. i've stuck major's head on there for now to help judge proportions, but that's only temporary.

i've had a go at doing edgeloops at the joints, but could someone take a look at them tell me if i've done them correctly.

also, could i get some feedback on the proportions. i've been working on this for a while and i could do with a fresh perspective.

cheers.
white haired boy.

enki's doing it actually. It's supposed to be our counterpart to Hunter. It's also being done in an intentional manga style as well

I do not provide technical support either.

So far looks good so far as proportions go. Her...'assets' could stand to shrink a hair bit but if you're going for anime size...they're actually quite reasonable looking though I'd go for something more than a tank top and shorty shorts.

Feels too laura croft right now.

it's also way too subsurfed, with not much poly edge flow

(or so it appears anyway)

jerik-

yeah, the costume does suggest lara croft. good point.

leilei-

it's not subsurfed, most of it was done by extruding polygons. i should have posted the .blend really. what's "poly edge flow"? i've googled for it, but i couldn't find any explanations.

You should really work on the anatomy. It looks freakishly unnatural.
