This happens more frequently then not... On map change (this time from flag capture limit), players get stuck on the score board as if the game has ended (which it has) but it doesn't change map, even when people click for "ready". New players who join are inserted into the game. Bots continue playing as well. In the console I get:

The "unable to add bot" messages keeps popping up.

Unfortuantely, my over-eager co-admin decided he was sick of waiting and forced a map change (Which works fine), but eventually when stuck in this state, the server crashes noting something about NET_CHAN. I don't have the error because he switched to the next map before it crashed. I don't know how long the crash takes, but I've come home from work many times to a crashed server.

This is on 0.77, and did not happen with the version before 0.76.

Do you have a config file/a list of some changed configs?

The Master server appears to be down right now. I could fear that some engine CVARs (such as sv_maxclients) ignores startup settings.

It's fun when you turn on the podium, and you can actually watch the next game from the directors box Cheesy I find the same issue when I come home and the game has crashed somehow, but never seems to happen when I am there. I usually do a grep for Jack Thompson in the logs for suspicious activity Smiley

This only happens on certain maps.


I guess you are map rotation. I have no problems with bots nulled. I think this is related to maps and getting confused the gametype. Have you tried adding g_gametype in your vstr's? I think this may force a complete retart of the game but have not tried it.

SpeedyCTF didn't present any problems with previous versions... I'm removing it now to see if that is in fact the issue...
