This happens more frequently then not... On map change (this time from flag capture limit), players get stuck on the score board as if the game has ended (which it has) but it doesn't change map, even when people click for "ready". New players who join are inserted into the game. Bots continue playing as well. In the console I get:

The "unable to add bot" messages keeps popping up.
Unfortuantely, my over-eager co-admin decided he was sick of waiting and forced a map change (Which works fine), but eventually when stuck in this state, the server crashes noting something about NET_CHAN. I don't have the error because he switched to the next map before it crashed. I don't know how long the crash takes, but I've come home from work many times to a crashed server.
This is on 0.77, and did not happen with the version before 0.76.
