hey just wonderin if i have the newest version, i clicked on the 0.7.7 download for mac on the open arena website and downloaded it from tux family but the folder i get always says "openarena-0.7.6"

Do i have the right version?

P.S i also still get the "invalid game folder message"

Try to find some posts explaining how to install the patch (unzipping it in the 0.7.6 directory should work)

Maybe since 0.7.7, the version you are running is displayed when you start the game, in the menu, bottom right corner.
