When i run "scons SETUP=0", i got following error message:
Code:
scons: *** [build/debug/contrib/shaderplug/shaderplug.os] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.
What have i done wrong?

If nobody knows something about that kind of error,

I haven't compiled GtkRadiant in a while, last time I think I compiled it, it was still using makes scripts.

Read the Readme.txt to make sure you have all dependencies. Also make sure that using SETUP=0 is the command to compile for linux.

Gtkradiant is a total mess, and the python install script from the SVN revision I tried some weeks ago was simply broken (it was absurdly assuming the OS was Windows and failed to install because radiant.exe wasn't there). I could compile it, though, but I ended up using an old working copy.

You may as well want to check zeroradiant, in the same site. Here it built and installed properly (I haven't configured it, so I don't know how well it plays).

Their mailing list:

http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gtkradiant

IRC channel (I think they're focused on zeroradiant now):

irc.telefragged.com #qeradiant

Zeroradiant site:

http://www.qeradiant.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/wiki/ZeroRadiant

Good luck

Nice, thank you, i am looking forward for gtkradiant 1.6/zeroradiant.
Maybe it will be packaged for Ubuntu , too.
