I created a ( experimentally ) new gauntlet model with Blender and  I tested it in OA. It works but how can I add a skin for the Gauntlet so that the md3 Exporter notice it ?

The md3 export script seems to work for me on v2.46. Does your gauntlet skin show  up okay  in blender?

Hmm the model is shown correctly, but when I texture the gauntlet the textures does´nt work in Open Arena.
I use Blender v2.45, and I tried 2 different md3 exporter.

Sorry, I just tried to make a test gauntlet and the skin didn't show up on mine either.  :S

I looked at the md3 with a hex editor and saw that the path for the skin was listed as my working directory (ie /home/snickersnack/Desktop) instead of  /models/weapons2/gauntlet/MYTESTSKIN.TGA. I corrected the path with my hex editor (khexedit) and the skin showed up fine.

There's probably a better way to do this. Wink
