Hehe, several things :
1) Do you use a translator ? This is uneasy to read, this is why I said "I don't understand". Otherwise I understand the principle of your crosshair, and it seems nice

2) I think you don't mind, but would you publish your artwork under a GPL (and if possible,
BSD-type) license (edit: or better, public domain

) ?
3) If you want other guys to test your work, ease them the job, and package your crosshairs into some .pk3 file. Which brings me to 4th point.
4) It seems there is a
patch to allow OA to use more crosshairs, instead of replacing the standard ones. However, I'm not sure I understood how to make it effective. I renamed your crosshairs with these names :
crosshair60.tga, crosshair61.tga, and so on ...
But I had trouble in making them appearing in game options.
They have to be placed in baseoa/gfx/2d, and can have standard names (as the ones you suggest in your .zip), but they will only work if /sv_pure is set to 0 in that case.
Maybe someone will be able to enlighten us, that would be nice to bring other crosshair shapes into OA. There are also these :
