How to turn off 'Prepare to fight'?

Please, how can I turn this off or lower the timer?

This is because of the warmup command, which gives players some time before the match to get adjusted.

If you would like to turn it off, you can try this:
In the console (press the ~ key), type /callvote g_doWarmup 0

However, the server admins may set a warmup period on purpose - 1v1 servers often have a warmup period. If the command is votable though, knock yourself out.

Also, with g_Warmup you can set the amount of secs before the match starts, for example /g_Warmup 60, to give 1 minute of warmup.

It was happening in single player ctf, and was kinda annoying cuz there is just me and bots.
