- fixed the badly b0rked invisible shader
- used the resulting texture to create a portal shader (now we can have mirrors and such)
- new sky shader (one layer, nothing exciting)
- red and blue transparent overlays for ctf and team maps
- various original textures + effects

Forgive my nubness, but how do you slip these into a preexisting build...you know, for those of us that would want these textures now as opposed to waiting for the next version. Rename the extention pk3?

asking when OA3 will be done won't get OA3 done.
Progress of OA3 currently occurs behind closed doors alone
