Some Graphic Problems

Well when I downloaded OA the game looked very glitchy? (lack of term) so I tried to fix it by changing some of the settings and can't exactly remembered what i clicked but i changed it to "High" and now all i see when i open OA is a little error message floting around on my computer that says

"Can not display this video mode, Change computer display input to 1280x1024@60Hz."

Are there any specific ways i am supposed to do this (I already have thoes settings when i right click, proporties, settings. Or are there anyways to get the settings back to normal without opening the game?

seta r_customheight "1024"
seta r_customwidth "1280"
seta r_mode "-1"
