I'm looking for a new graphic card.
I would like to achieve a stable 100+ fps with everyting on 'high' ... any suggestions?

a geforce2 gts. With a card like this, you won't even need stupid crap like picmip or vertexlight

or, just anything released in the past 6 years you might even get a stable 300 fps.

If i'd upgraded, i'd get one of those new Radeon HD 6xxx cards

Thanx for your answer Smiley

I head that there were problems with the newer cards.
Also heard that the older cards had better performance than the newer ones, so i was not sure wat to buy.
But i'll look for a older card like you say.
Thanx.

ps.
Just tested a Ati Radeon HD 3600 with everyting 'high' at 1680x1024 and got 90fps stable.

the radeon hd 5770 is about 100€
it has low energy consumption on 2D
it supports direct x 11

might be already too much for your needs Smiley
