The blender export could make this an interesting tool.  Dunno how well it would work for winged characters.

Too high poly output, and poly reduction would be lame, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand........ considering its aim is to make realistic humans, being the equivelant of Poser (which no serious person EVER USES FOR GAMES EVER) this is really irrelevant for nothing more than a dynamic human anatomy reference doll.
