Not going to suggest this one for the 13/11 patch, as there's no time for new features, but for a later version.

Speedrun mode is a separate gamemode from Skirmish, perhaps accesible from the main menu. This mode focuses on players completing the official maps in the shortest time possible. The maps will be played in the gamemodes they were configured for, so a proper arenas.txt should be made. There aren't timelimits due to the whole "complete in the shortest time" thing.

It's similar to Team Arena's single-player mode.

Times for the challenges:
  • FFA:
    • First frag challenge
    • 10 frags challenge
    • 25 frags challenge
  • TDM: Same as FFA, except that the 10 frags challenge is replaced for the 50 frags challenge.
  • Tourney: Same as FFA, except that it only features first frag and 10 frags challenges.
  • CTF:
    • First flag capture
    • 3 flags capture
    • 7 flags capture
  • 1FCTF: Same as CTF, except that the 7 flag capture is replaced for a 5 flag one.
  • Overload:
    • Destroy 1 time the enemy crystal.
    • Destroy 3 times the enemy crystal.
  • Harvester:
    • Collect 15 skulls.
    • Collect 30 skulls.
    • Collect 50 skulls.
  • Elimination:
    • Win 1 round.
    • Win 5 rounds.
    • Win 10 rounds.
  • CTF Elimination: Same as elimination, but also featuring:
    • Win 1 round by capturing the flag.
    • Win 5 rounds, at least 2 rounds by capturing the flag.
    • Win 10 rounds, at least 5 rounds capturing the flag.
  • LMS: Same as Elimination.
  • Double Domination:
    • Win 1 round.
    • Win 3 rounds.
    • Win 5 rounds.
  • Domination:
    • Reach 50 points.
    • Reach 100 points.
    • Reach 200 points.

I've figured out that Team Arena's method (that SP is a sample of what the SR would be) involves a file placed in the root of the pk3 called gameinfo.txt. This file has every bit of info for the maps, such as par time, amount of bots per team, scores, and the like.
