I found a workaround
export OBJ from Blender, with normals, already triangulated
take that through Noesis to make an MD3
BAM! Autosprite2.

I will be using autosprite2 for:
- All weapon muzzleflashes except for lightning gun
- Rockets' thrust
- BFG's 'thrust'
- Laser sights on certain weapons
- Lowest LOD of casings
- Lowest LOD of some projectiles (nails and BFG projectiles will be one big autosprite2 for LOD level _2)
- Lowest LOD of bullet impacts
- Effects on items (As in rings that spin)
Also don't panick about the quality in the screenshot - sometimes I debug things in PowerVR faking mode
