Like going from 320 u/s in normal running speed to 340 u/s
Strafing will be faster as well

It will make the game faster and seemed more of a reboot...

No.  Changing the default game speed would lead to map compatibility regressions.

What would be the point of that any way? It's not like people are way harder to frag when they move a little bit faster; after a few,matches you'll be adapted to it.
