When I play OA in single user mode it seems that some of the bots do things that I can't. The main thing is that they sometimes lay down, or go "prone". How can I do that? I don't see it as an option in the controls. What they are doing is definitely different from crouching. The bot that I usually see do this is "Major". Any ideas?

I read somewhere in the forum that Major laying down while shooting was just an error. I don't quite recall the details, but I think the problem is that she doesn't have a crouching animation, thus being replaced with laying down (and sometimes rolling over haha). I don't know what going prone means, sorry  |

Going prone is the same as laying down. I thought the same thing, that Major doesn't have a crouching animation. But if you roll over "crouch" in the control setup menu for Major, it shows her crouching. Weird.

Its an animation error. Some people will use it to their advantage in game so be careful.

She may not hump the floor anymore but now she sits up after she dies (only in the animation where she grabs her neck the other two are fine)
