Hmm ok, q3dm17 is not free. But similar map to dm17 is also imposible to create and legal?

There was a dm17ish map posted here at sometime but I think the link died and nobody could get in contact with the author.

Well,  Only takes a good mapper to be bored for it to be created yet again.

Either that, or become a mapper yourself, that should work. Smiley

You will notice that the 'game pack' svn is in a different place than the GTKRadiant SVN due to licensing issues.

Why should there be?  I think the game is doing quite nicely without a level where one person can easily spawn camp and dominate without running out of ammo.
