Title: Weird oa_ded.i386 message Post by: vindimy on April 03, 2009, 04:38:58 PM I am running the OA server in Linux and I get this message upon its start:
Code: loaded match.c Note the "big boobs" message... Although I agree with it, seriously, where does it come from? :) Is there a typo in one of the bot's talk files? Below is the content of my "baseoa" and "OACTF" folders (the latter is used for custom .pk3's... maybe one of them triggers that error?) baseoa: Code: 17+ctf.pk3 japanc.pk3 map_cpm16.pk3 map_cpm24.pk3 map_cpm6.pk3 mctf.pk3 ps9ctf.pk3 OACTF: Code: gpl-q3a2oa-textures.pk3 sound-female-announcer.pk3 z-081smarinefix.pk3 z-oa-gfx-002.pk3 And, the start command (all on one line): Code: screen -A -m -d -S oa /var/oa/openarena-0.8.1/oa_ded.i386 +set fs_basepath /var/oa/openarena-0.8.1/ +set fs_game OACTF +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 74.82.5.104 +set net_port 27960 If the error's coming from one of the custom .pk3's, I'll have to go ask jessicara about it :D Title: Re: Weird oa_ded.i386 message Post by: vindimy on April 03, 2009, 04:41:41 PM Also, it is very silly that "q 3 a" without spaces becomes "quack lord five" with spaces :/ (my post above got affected). Some people posted a link with this in it and the link became broken during the substitution, of course!
Title: Re: Weird oa_ded.i386 message Post by: Case on April 04, 2009, 01:53:24 PM in regards to the "tits" comment, it doesn't come from OA so it might (and probably) comes from a third party mod/pk3
