The idea is simple. Instead of "unlag LG" being a server variable, implement *both* as an alt-fire mode by virtue of adding
two identically-looking weapons that use the same ammo when player picks up LG. One may have the prongs recolored red to indicate alt-mode.
Red: shoots unlagged yellow lighting, DPS nerfed is down to 120.
Blue: shoots classic lagged blue lighting at baseline DPS of 160. The lighting stops at contact with water inflicting splash damage in a roughly the same radius as a rocket blast.
