Does anyone know how to set thirdperson mode as default?
Also, how do you add a crosshair to thirdperson mode (like Jedi Academy)?

Thanks

You can only use this mode if you run on a server which has cheats enabled.
Code:
cg_thirdPerson "0"  // Enable/Disable third person view
cg_thirdPersonAngle "0" // Change the angle of perspective
cg_thirdPersonRange "40"  // Change the viewing distance
As for the crosshair, that would be a no I'm afraid.

If you always play on a server with cheats enabled, then add a line saying:
Code:
cg_thirdPerson "1"
in your autoexec.cfg.

It is already in the source code, you simply change a variable for it.
