Hello folks,

I'm a Linux user and I'm very happy that I can play OpenArena. I have been following the releases of the game since 0.7.0 ... But there's something I'd like to complain...

I noticed that a favourite map (a green space one) is missing. Why? And what are maps like (DO NOT LINK) h t t p s : / / openarena . wikia . com/wiki/Oa_bases5 doing in 0.8.0?

Dear people, if I have to be brutally honest, Oa_bases5 isn't even mediocre. It's crap.

Firstly - the architecture is dull (Hello, Mr. Cube!)...Secondly -  the textures are horrible - out of place and misaligned...

Thirdly - where's the level editor of OpenArena? When I don't like something, I try to change it...

you don't need to decompile them. The .map sources are available, and the license allows modification.

asking when OA3 will be done won't get OA3 done.
Progress of OA3 currently occurs behind closed doors alone

I do not provide technical support either.

he has a point. I played that map and finished with a good score, something must be wrong - but it was fun Smiley

If you don't like the map, change server.
