Progress of OA3 currently occurs behind closed doors alone

Pack the third.

A little smaller this time as I'm running out of old material to give facelifts to, but want to get these ones up there for use.  The next pack will probably not arrive until I've had more time to draw new stuff, unless I do one with extra variants.

Bigfont fixes

1. use the Haktoria palette instead of H2 palette (pure reds)
2. much better kernel table (fontsize.lmp)
3. bigfont.lmp and bigfont2.lmp should be the same.  One is used by the software renderer
and the other one is used by the GL renderer [found this out the hard way O_o]

BTW qpakman is not creating images (MIP or LMP) with index #0 (pure black)
properly.  It assumes #0 should not be used, but the Haktoria palette does not
have any other pure black in it (like Quake or Hexen II palettes).
