Hy there.  Why weren't the old models of the Teleporters, the lamps, etc. exchanged? If I want to start now a level of a Q3A-Maps over QpenArena, then this is missing model. There does a change come? Change of version? Or whatever?

A few will come. They won't look like the Q3A models and they're not exchangeable. Models are converted to brushes (map elements) on compile. The only help would be to recreate them on 1:1 basis and we're not looking for an exact copy of the id game. So textures will never look good on the original models.

Well. Can I create now a pk3, in which the missed Models and textures are, so that all maps are compatible, or are the Models and textures all copyright protected?

i'd have to make some crappy generic shader for their texture so they don't look so nully.
