NASA is the USA's space agency bureaucracy. Their logo looks very similar to OA's logo. "... where no man has gone before" is part of the opening monologue for the "Star Trek" television show. They've had many logos over the years, many of which also bear a resemblence to OA's logo. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Starfleet_command_emblem.pngIt was sort of a pun.  OA's logo had always looked familiar to me, but until now, I couldn't quite place it. I thought it was funny so I shared. |

I think what he means is itdoesn't look that much like the nasa logo, not he doesn't know what nasa is... I didn't get it either until PsYthe's comment.
