openarena freeze, freezedt servers

whoever has administrative access to the freeze, freezedt servers, would you mind removing the railgun delay making it like the other instagib openarena server, and making the grapple/hook a lot faster? also I have connecting problems, sometimes I am unable to connect it seems to just hang.
